Cream Crunches



Self raising flour - 100 gm

Cornflour - 60 gm

Cornflour - 60 gm

Drinking chocolate - 30 gm

Margarine - 180 gm

Sugar - 2 tbsp

Egg - 1

Few drops vanilla essence

A pinch of salt


  1. Cream together the sugar and margarine, gradually beat in the egg.
  2. Stir in the sieved ingredients, vanilla and corn cakes.
  3. Keep aside to get a little firm in consistency.
  4. Roll into balls of lemon size, place on a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
