Cream Crunches
Ingredients:
- Self raising flour - 100gm
- Cornflour - 60gm
- Drinking chocolate - 30gm
- Margarine - 180 gm
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Few drops vanilla essence
- A pinch of salt
Recipe Direction:
- Cream together the sugar and margarine, gradually beat in the egg.
- Stir in the sieved ingredients, vanilla and corn cakes.
- Keep aside to get a little firm in consistency.
- Roll into balls of lemon size, place on a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
