Cream Crunches 







Ingredients: 

  • Self raising flour - 100gm 
  • Cornflour - 60gm  
  • Drinking chocolate - 30gm 
  • Margarine - 180 gm 
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  • Egg - 1 
  • Few drops vanilla essence 
  • A pinch of salt 

Recipe Direction:

  • Cream together the sugar and margarine, gradually beat in the egg.
  • Stir in the sieved ingredients, vanilla and corn cakes.
  • Keep aside to get a little firm in consistency.
  • Roll into balls of lemon size, place on a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
