 SPICY MANGO CARROT RELISH 


Ingredients:

  • Raw Mangoes - 2 (cut into cubes)
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For Tempering:

  • Red chillies - 2
  • Mustard seeds - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves - few

Method:

In a pan add a 2 tsp of oil, red chillies, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida and roast for 2 minutes. When it cool, pound this to a fine powder.

In the same pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry for 3 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve hot with a y dish.
