White Sauce
Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup Salt to taste
Recipe Directions:
- Melt butter. Add flour, Stirring.
- As soon as the flour froths, add milk gradually at first, working it to a smooth paste.
- Cook, stirring, till it is thick and coasts the back of the spoon.
- Add salt and mix.
