White Sauce






Ingredients

  •  Flour - 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp 
  •  Butter - 2 tbsp 
  •  Milk - 1 cup Salt to taste 

Recipe Directions: 

  • Melt butter. Add flour, Stirring.  
  • As soon as the flour froths, add milk gradually at first, working it to a smooth paste. 
  • Cook, stirring, till it is thick and coasts the back of the spoon.
  • Add salt and mix.
