 CHOCOLATE PUDDING


Ingredients:

  • Coco powder - 2 tbsp
  • Powder Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • A pinch of Salt 
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
  • Corn Starch -50 gm
  • Whipped cream - 1 tbsp (for topping)  

 Recipe Direction:

  • In a large bowl add milk, sugar, corn starch,coco powder and salt mix gently.
  • In a sauce pan pour the mixture  place over the medium flame, gently stir. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. allow to cool.
  • Refrigerate, and dust whipped cream for top of the chocolate pudding . Serve it.
