How to prepare Creamy Pasta with Pepper and Salsa? - Pasta Recipes -

 CREAMY PASTA WITH PEPPER AND SALSA


Ingredients:

  • Farfalle Pasta - 250gm
  • Tomato Puree - 3 cups
  • Green Chilli - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Cheese - 4 to 5 tbsp (grated)
  • Button Mushrooms - 50 gm(sliced)
  • Oregano - 2 tsp
  • A pinch of Sugar 
  • Fresh lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • Olive oil - 3 tsp
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste 

Recipe Direction:

  • Boil water in a large pan add 4 cups of water when it starts boiling add 1tsp salt and 2tsp oil. 
  • Add pasta in the boiling water keep stirring gently till it cooks becomes soft.Drain the water transfer to a plate add few drops of oil mix gently ( it won't becomes sticky together)and  allow it to cool. Keep aside.
  • To make Salsa: In a a microwave safe bowl, add 2 tsp oil and add garlic paste and mushrooms and microwave for 5 minutes at 100% power.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt, pepper, oregano, sugar,chilli and lemon juice mix well and microwave covered at 100% for 5 to 10 minutes. Also add grated cheese and mix well.
  • Pour the sauces over the hot pasta. Garnish with Italian seasoning  and serve hot.
