 MIXED DAL KEBAB


Ingredients:

  • Chana dal  - 100 gm
  • Moong dal  - 100 gm
  • Bengal gram dal - 50 gm
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Boiled potato  - 1 
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Wash and soak dal for 2 hours, drain the water and blend it in a blender.

Mix in all the ingredients to make a dough.

Apply a little oil on your palm and roll out the dough in the shape of kebabs.

Microwave the kebabs for about 3 to 5minutes at 100% power and then grill until golden brown in color. Turn in between for even browning.

Serve hot with crisp salads and chutney.
