EGG FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4
- Basmati rice- 1 cup
- Butter or Ghee- 2tbsp
- Garlic - 5 flakes (chopped)
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp(chopped)
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Recipe Direction:
- Cook the rice and keep aside.
- Take microwave safe bowl , add beaten eggs, milk and butter 2tbsp. Microwave at 90% for 3 minutes. Stir in between.
- Add garlic, green chillies, salt, pepper. Microwave for 3 minutes at 90% power.
- Mix cooked eggs and boiled rice together garnish with spring onion. Serve hot with any raita or curry.
