How to prepare Egg Fried Rice? - Egg Recipes - Viji's New Recipes

 EGG FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4 
  • Basmati rice- 1 cup
  • Butter or Ghee- 2tbsp 
  • Garlic - 5 flakes (chopped)
  • Milk - 4 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 2 tbsp(chopped)
  • Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

 Recipe Direction:

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Take microwave safe bowl , add beaten eggs, milk  and butter 2tbsp. Microwave  at 90% for 3 minutes. Stir in between.
  • Add garlic, green chillies, salt, pepper. Microwave for 3 minutes at 90% power.
  • Mix cooked eggs and boiled rice together garnish with spring onion. Serve hot with any raita or curry.
