WHITE SAUCE PASTA
Ingredients:
- Maida flour - 2tbsp
- Milk - 300 ml
- Butter - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tsp
- Fresh ground Black Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Grated Cheese for garnishing
- Salt to paste
Recipe Direction:
- Pour 2 liters of water into a large sauce pan and place over heat.When it start boiling add pasta and 1tsp salt. It will take around 10 to 12 minutes.
- Transfer cooked pasta to a large strainer and drain excess water and allow to cool.
- Add butter in a large sauce pan add 2 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute for 5 seconds. Add 2 tbsp maida flour. Stir continuously and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add milk little by little while stirring continuously. Stir and mix for 5 minutes.
- Keep Stirring at the low flame and cook until mixtures starts to thicken. Add 3 tsp black pepper and salt. Mix well. Add cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Transfer it to serving plate. White sauce pasta is now ready garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
